ITINERARY
Day 1:
AREQUIPA / CHIVAY
7:30 to 8am The bus will pick you up from the different hotels to begin your trip to one of the deepest canyons in the world, taking the Yura highway, bordering the Nevado Chachani towards Pampa Cañahuas (Aguada Blanca and Salinas National Reserve), habitat of the beautiful South American camelids, the vicuñas. In the Tocra wetlands we will be able to see a variety of migratory birds, including flamingos. We will pass by the crater of an extinct volcano (Chucura). We will stop at the volcano viewpoint, which is also the highest area of the road (4,800 m.a.s.l.) from where we will see a large part of the western mountain range. 13:30 to 14:00 Approximately, arrival in Chivay

17:00 In the afternoon we will enjoy the thermal baths in La Calera, whose thermal medicinal waters range between 35º and 38º Celsius in temperature in the pools.
20:00 Dinner accompanied by a folkloric show

Day 2:
CHIVAY / CRUZ DEL CÓNDOR / CHIVAY / AREQUIPA
06:00 Breakfast
06:30 We will head to the Cruz del Cóndor viewpoint, a strategic observation point of the canyon and the spectacular flight of the condor. On the way back we will stop in the towns of Pinchollo, Maca and Yanque; which have beautiful colonial churches, as well as at the Choquetico and Antahuilque viewpoints, from where we will observe the impressive terraces of the valley, the tombs and pre-Inca models.

13:00 Return to the city of Arequipa
17:00 to 18:00 hrs. Arrival in the city of Arequipa.
