  INSTRUCTIONS FOR SENDING YOUR PAYMENT

1.- PAYMENT BY WESTERN UNION

The transfer must be made in the name of our Agency Manager, do not send to any other name than this one.

With the Western Union® service, you can send and receive money quickly between any of the 117,000 agents or offices around the world. Check on the Internet www.westernunion.com which is the agent closest to your home, then go to the nearest Western Union office, ask for the teller who can send money to other countries, the teller will give you a money transfer form.

Complete the Money Transfer form.

Make sure to request the To Send Money form

Tell the employee that the transfer must be in American dollars and write the amount in words. Write the amount of money you will send in numbers.

In the Sender section, write your personal information.

Pay the cashier in cash the amount you want to send and the shipping fee. You will always be required to provide identification.

Once the deposit is made, they will give you the receipt that includes your MTCN: Money Transfer Control Number.

Inform us by email of the amount sent and the MTCN number, we will collect the money as soon as possible and proceed to make the payments and confirm the payment by email or phone.

2.- PAYMENT WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD

If you want to make payments with a card, write to us privately to request the payment link and remember that there is a 5% surcharge per transaction.

  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Deposit sent to the reservation is not refundable or transferable to any other date, person or tour.
2. TRAVEL FAST CUSCO must be notified of any changes or cancellations of your trip at least 48 hours in advance, via email or phone so that you do not incur any charges not covered by the deposit.
3. Once the final balance has been paid, we will not be able to return your payment in the case of cancellations. But nevertheless, you are able to use (Machu Picchu Ticket, 1 Train Ticket, 1 Bus Ticket.
4. The final balance must be paid at least 48 hours before the departure of the trip (please advise if you have any delays on arrival). You must pay your balance in cash and in dollars or soles.
5. In the case of a protest/strike, which is not uncommon in Cusco, it may be necessary to leave a day or even 2 days earlier than scheduled so we are able to fulfill other services. In this case, you will be charged an increase to cover the costs incurred.
6. Risks: By booking any of our adventure trips (Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, Salkantay, Ausangate, Choquequirao, Lares, Vilcabamba trek, etc) you assume the risks associated with them. For these TRAVEL FAST CUSCO is not responsible and we recommend traveling with travel medical insurance that covers accidents and lost luggage.
7. About the Briefing: The The night before the trek there will be a pre-trek briefing at your accommodation at a previously arranged time (exact time will be confirmed upon arrival or by email).
